Newbie in need of help!!

Postby simonjohnhead » Mon Mar 08, 2010 2:03 pm

Hi there, My name is simon, I live in Craigieburn, VIC. I have just bought myself an entry level RC Car. A HPI E10 with a mustang shell. I am hoping to get some help from this forum and get pointed in the right direction of upgrading my motor and ESC. any suggestions?? I want something that will just go straight in where the old motor comes out from, no messing around.

anyway, i look forward to you help and looking more in to this site and finding out what you all drive.

Hey, I have actually already ordered a kit, maybe you can tell me if it's any good or not. It's from some place in hong kong, revolution hobbies or something. It's a 9T brushless with ESC and programing card. Is that fast??

They are ok, certainly bottom of the line, I just purchased a 60amp 8.5T setup for my sons car... To be honest, I have never used one, but from all accounts, they are good for the money, half the price of a lot of comparable stuff.
