HSP WarHead 2 speed Nitro

Postby TrueBlueNitro » Wed Mar 10, 2010 8:10 pm

Hi all,

Thought I might start my first post like this. I bought this nitro car on ebay on monday and it was posted that day and I got it on wednesday, which I thought was impressive :)

I got it today. So I ran 3 tanks of fuel just idling. No problems there. Took it for a slow drive for the next tank and then start to speed up a little more.

With the pruchase of the car, I was able to download "The Essential Guide to RC Cars", which is a good read in my opinion.

So at the moment i'm just taking the car slow and getting the tunning the fuel right.

It really is a nice car. It isnt my first, my first was a XTM Mammoth ST. I haven't drivin it much at all because it had a lot of problems from the start.

So far I just like driving them round and havent been to any tracks or anything.

So yea, thats my RC history I guess.

Hey mate, well I have only had it for 1 and a half days and used about a Liter of 16% Nitro. So, so far it seems pretty good. I mean, I bought it for $180 and shipping was $16, so for $196, it is a great car. I have bashed it around a bit and got it to 2nd gear which is fun, but I think you need a bit of track to do that and a normal track wouldn't have that much track I guess. I haven't had problems so far, still turning it and sorta breaking it in.

It seems to be a strong car that you could throw around a bit. A very good beginers car, but i'm not really into racing and havent been to a track before so can't comment on things like that.
